RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To return or exchange an item, please notify us by email at info@doobject.com or by phone at +370 637 77647 within 14 business days of receiving your shipment.
Please note that some high-quality goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

RULES FOR RETURNING GOODS:
The goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging;
The goods must be undamaged;
The product must be unused and must not have lost its commercial appearance, i.e., labels must be intact, protective films must not be removed, etc. (this point does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
The goods must be in the full set;
When returning the goods, it is necessary to present a VAT invoice confirming their purchase.
If the returned goods are incomplete, are damaged, untidy, and/or improperly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the returned goods and not to refund the money paid for the returned goods. In such cases, the goods shall be returned to the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the proper packaging of the goods for return. The Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

REFUNDS
If the returned goods meet the requirements of the return policy, the money will be transferred to the account from which the payment was received no later than 10 business days after receipt of the returned goods. If your returned goods do not meet the requirements of the return policy, the money will not be refunded.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS
If the goods are of poor quality, you may request to exchange the goods, reduce the price of the goods, return the goods, and receive a refund for the money paid for them. The exchange and return of defective goods is carried out in accordance with the Purchase and Sale Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Defective goods are returned at the expense of the Seller.
