DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS
Updated: 2025-11-12
1. DELIVERY AREA
European Union: we deliver to your specified address anywhere in the European Union, (except remote inaccessible areas).
Lithuania: we deliver throughout Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit. Delivery to the Curonian Spit is only possible by prior arrangement; additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.
2. DELIVERY METHODS
When placing your order, you can choose one of the methods listed below. Specific prices and estimated delivery times are shown on the product card and order form.
Delivery in Lithuania to parcel terminals (Omniva, SmartPosti (Itella), DPD, Venipak, and LP Express)
The shipment is delivered to the parcel terminal of your choice. The usual transit time is 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery by courier
The shipment is delivered to the address you specify by a courier service. The usual transit time in Lithuania is 2-5 business days after dispatch, delivery time to EU/UK will be provided separately.
Note Pickup of goods at our warehouse/showrooms is currently not available.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Goods in stock are shipped within 2-5 business days of order confirmation and payment.
Goods made to order are shipped within 6-8 weeks (the term is calculated from the start of production).
If there are goods with different terms in one basket, the longer term applies to the entire order. Upon request, we can send separate packages at no additional cost for splitting the goods (shipping costs may be calculated separately for each shipment).
4. PRICING AND FREE DELIVERY
The delivery price is fixed per shipment and does not change when purchasing more than one item (except when there are more than 10 items in the basket, in which case the price is agreed individually before shipment).
Free delivery to home address or parcel terminals applies when the certain order value is reached (after discounts) which is announced on the website at the time of the purchase.
Additional fees may apply for heavy/non-standard cargo or special areas (e.g., the Curonian Spit – only by prior arrangement).
5. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE BUYER
By choosing delivery, you agree to provide the exact delivery address, postal code, contact phone number, recipient's first and last name, and, if necessary, staircase code/additional instructions. You may also specify an authorized person to receive the shipment.
6. DELIVERY AND ATTEMPTED DELIVERY
The courier/postal service will deliver the shipment to the address you specified or to the selected terminal. You agree to accept the shipment within the agreed time frame.
If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the Buyer's fault (incorrect data, unavailability, refusal to accept, etc.), a redelivery fee and/or storage and return costs may be applied according to the actual costs incurred.
Address changes after shipment are not possible at our discretion; if you change the address directly with the courier, we cannot guarantee that the delivery date will be met, and additional carrier costs may be charged to the Buyer.
7. CHECKING THE SHIPMENT UPON RECEIPT
Upon receiving the shipment, visually inspect the packaging and condition of the goods. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, note this on the courier's waybill/postal screen, take photos, and inform us immediately (preferably on the same day).
Such note helps to resolve the issue more quickly, but does not limit your legal rights to make claims for defects that become apparent later within the period specified by law.
8. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
Standard delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs checks at the EU's external borders). In such cases, we will contact you immediately to agree on a new delivery date or an alternative solution.
If the goods are not delivered within the agreed time frame, you may set a reasonable additional time frame; after its expiry, you have the right to terminate the contract and receive a refund. This rule complies with EU consumer rights standards. European Commission.
9. TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk of loss/damage is transferred to the Buyer only from the moment when he or his designated person physically takes possession of the goods.
If the Buyer chooses a carrier other than the one offered by the Merchant, the risk is transferred when the goods are handed over to the chosen carrier. These rules are set out in Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
10. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
In order to deliver the goods to you faster, we may split your order into several shipments (e.g., goods in stock – immediately, goods in production – later).
If you wish, we can send everything together – in this case, a longer delivery time applies to the entire order (see section 3).
11. URGENT NEED / INDIVIDUAL COORDINATION
If you need the goods urgently, please contact us by email or phone (contact details on the website) before purchasing so that we can coordinate the actual pickup/delivery time and options.
12. GENERAL LIABILITY RULES
We are responsible for delivery in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions and reasonable transit times.
We are exempt from liability for failure to meet deadlines if the delay was caused by the Buyer's fault (incorrect data, unavailability, arbitrary change of address after shipment, etc.) or due to circumstances beyond our control (see section 8).
13. HOW TO REPORT DAMAGE OR NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE SHIPMENT?
If you have received goods in poor condition, missing goods, or the wrong goods:
1. Write to us as soon as possible and attach photos;
2. If the damage is visible upon delivery, note this in the documents/on the screen together with the courier;
3. We will arrange for a replacement, delivery of the missing part, or a refund in accordance with the law. For more information on consumer rights and dispute resolution, visit the VVTAT website.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The policy is in line with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania on purchase and sale and the Consumer Rights Protection Rules, which prohibit conditions that would worsen the consumer's position or limit their right to make claims.
